How fast can you get here?
Because we are based central to Sunshine Coast, we are able to respond quickly to any plumbing emergencies that may arise. Of course, it is preferable to call ahead of time and discuss the issue. This will ensure that we are well prepared for the situation. That said, same day service is available, and we are ready to bail you out in the event of a disaster.
How do I know my drains are blocked?
If you have blocked drains, there will be obvious signs you can look for.
The overflow relief drain outside can be overflowing with water, toilet paper and you guessed it... poop!
The water level in the toilet can rise.
Drains can make gurgling noises. This is your drain screaming, HELP!
Stinky smells coming from your drains.

When is my hot water system due for replacement?
Generally, a hot water systems life span is around 10 years depending on the Brand, make and model (You can check the date of manufacture in the sticker on the cylinder.) After this time, you will have rust developing inside the tank and although you may still have hot water, the water quality will be poor.
Signs that your hot water unit needs replacement are:
- No hot water or your constantly running out of hot water.
- An extreme increase in electricity bill.
- Rusty orange water coming out of taps.
- You notice that the hot water cylinder is leaking.
